RETURNS:  We completely understand that purchasing a candle online can be tricky and not always work out how you want it to. Therefore, we are more than happy to accept returns within 15 days of your purchase.

Returns are eligible as long as they are unused and in the same condition they were received, as well as in the original packaging. Once received, we will refund you the cost of the original merchandise. However, we are unable to reimburse customers for their return shipping.

SALE ITEMS:  All sale items are final, and therefore, do not qualify for a return or refund. 

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES:  Green Bird Candle Co. is not responsible for shipments that have been updated to “delivered” by the carrier, but not received by the customer. This sort of issue must be resolved with the shipment company via their customer service department.
